Patching Main Road 54 to Binda - 21st October 2020

  • Heavy Patching Road Repair Program underway this week on Main Road 54, Segment 350 & 360 on the entry to Binda.

RDA visit regarding Crookwell Pool and Taralga Dam - 22nd October, 2020

  • Representatives from Regional Development Australia met with Colleen Worthy who discussed advocacy for the Multipurpose Aquatic and Activity Centre in Crookwell, the Taralga Dam replacement and the Regional Connectivity Program. RDA promotes the development of the Southern Inland Region which includes the Upper Lachlan Shire. Carissa Wells (CEO/Director Regional Development Australia) and Hugh Cooke (Chair Regional Development Australia Southern Inland) work with all levels of government, business and community groups to identify local issues, assisting to deliver sustainable infrastructure and services to the region.
