Governance and Records Management Coordinator
Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced person for the position of Governance and Records Management Coordinator. This is a permanent position working 70 hours per 9 day fortnight. The position is Grade 15, $1,526.66 to $1,727.27 per week, plus 9.5% superannuation, dependant on qualifications, knowledge and skills. This is in accordance with the Position Description, Upper Lachlan Salary System and the Local Government State Award.
Responsible for the records management function, the role will maintain and improve Council’s Electronic Document Management System (Content Manager) within the legislative framework of the State Records Act 1998 as well as governance functions, policies and systems across the organisation as detailed in the Position Description.
The role will supervise the Gunning Office Finance and Administration Team and participate in the day to day operations of the Gunning Office.
