A free program presented by health professionals to help older people incorporate balance and strength activities into their daily routines is coming to Crookwell in July and August.
The Lifestyle-Integrated Functional Exercise Program (LiFE): Maintaining Independence Program by Grand Pacific Health will aim to help participants modify everyday activities to improve their strength and balance and prevent falls.
The program will be held in 1 hour sessions over 7 weeks. Dates include:

- Tuesday, 11 July 2017
- Tuesday, 18 July 2017
- Tuesday, 25 July 2017
- Tuesday, 1 August 2017
- Tuesday, 8 August 2017
- Tuesday, 15 August 2017
A registration and information session will be held at Crookwell Library on from 9.30am-11.00am on Tuesday, 27 June 2017.
