State Training Services
State Training Services is keen to work with businesses of any size to improve the skills of their staff, and future employees, through the provision of subsidised training. Training is also funded to address structural changes, support economic development and assist with environmental sustainability.
In addition to industry training, State Training Services assists and manages the vocational education and training sector in the region, managing the contracts for all apprentices and trainees, assisting with workplace issues and advising all parties on their rights and obligations.
The Training Services office is based in Wollongong and covers the area down to the Victorian border and out to the Southern Highlands, Goulburn, Queanbeyan, Cooma and Bombala.
